Because of my CDPE designation I recently was able to assist a homeowner who was only a postage stamp away from filing bankruptcy to get rid of her heavy burden of mortgage(s) and debt. We listed her home, sold it and closed so quickly she was in shock... and in tears of happiness. She is no longer heading in the direction of financial devastation that a foreclosure and/or bankruptcy creates.
