This first blog entry is just a breif explaination of what this blog will be all about. Homeowners are living in very stressful times. Many thousands of people are upside down on their mortgage. And many people are having difficulty paying their monthly mortgage payments. As a full time Realtor I felt it was necessary to educate myself as much possible about the extraordinary problems facing homeowners in today's market. I've become certified as a CPDE (Certified Distressted Property Expert) through the Distressed Property Institute and I have also earned a SFR ( Short Sales and Foreclosure Resouce) certification from the National Association of Realtors.
