I wanted to take a moment to say Thank you for helping us through a very difficult and exhausting process. You and your team, especially Alex Bruno, were wonderful helping us through the short sale process.  We often wondered if it was ever going to happen, especially with Wells Fargo pushing foreclosure proceedings at the same time.  During the 14 months it took to get to the closing, it seemed impossible with the constant "harassment" from the bank to continually provide the same info over and over.  As Alex will tell you, our situation seemed even more extreme when having to deal with the hostile environment our Condo Association established.  We even lost our first buyer as a result.  But we got there and I can not say enough how grateful we are that your team was so well prepared and patient.
